These are the questions contractors actually ask on the first call, answered the same way here as they would be answered on the phone.
Where the honest answer is "we will not tell you that," it says so rather than producing a number.
The commercial questions
There is no application fee, no monthly platform charge, and no long-term contract. Compensation is per referral, and it is disclosed to homeowners on every page of the site and directly above the consent box they check.
The platform does not take a percentage of your contract, does not subcontract work, and is not a party to your agreement with the homeowner. You set pricing, scope, scheduling, and warranty terms entirely.
The territory questions
Territories are counties, matching the routing units the platform already uses. A qualified request goes to no more than three contractors covering that county. Rosters are capped per territory.
Exclusive territory is not offered at any price. That is a stated position rather than a pricing tier, and the reasoning is on the territory philosophy page.
The volume question
No lead volume figure will be quoted for any territory. Demand depends on homeowner behaviour in your county, and any number offered before that demand exists would be a sales claim.

The credential questions
You need the credential the state requires for radon mitigation performed for compensation — a state license where the state issues one, or current NRPP or NRSB mitigation certification where it does not. Measurement credentials alone are not sufficient for mitigation routing.
Credentials are verified before anything routes, and routing for a state pauses if that state's credential lapses.

Is this a subscription or pay-per-lead product?
Compensation is per referral. There is no subscription, no monthly minimum, and no long-term commitment. The structure means the network earns only when it routes a qualified homeowner to you, which is the alignment most contractors ask about within the first two minutes.
Do you work with companies that also do measurement?
Yes. Many mitigation firms hold both credentials and that is entirely normal. What matters for routing is the mitigation credential, since that is what the routed homeowner needs. Where a firm does both, homeowners are generally better served by an independent post-mitigation verification, and that is worth offering proactively.
How do I leave if it is not working?
Tell us and routing stops. There is no long-term contract to exit, no notice period to serve, and no penalty. A network that has to trap contractors to keep them has a product problem rather than a retention problem.
Will you send me homeowners outside my counties?
Routing is by ZIP against the counties you claimed, so it should not happen. If it does, that is a defect — report it. Requests from ZIPs outside every covered territory are never generated at all; the homeowner is told plainly that the area is not covered.
