Contact Radon Connect
We publish only channels that actually work — no decorative phone numbers, no “average response time” badges we can’t stand behind. Here’s how to reach the right thing.
Requesting mitigation quotes
The quote form is the right door — it routes by ZIP, applies our qualification rules, and gets your request to independent licensed contractors with your explicit consent. It’s the channel we monitor most closely because it’s the one that helps you fastest.
Everything else — questions, corrections, data requests, press
Contractors interested in the network
We onboard independent, IEMA-OHS-licensed mitigation contractors territory by territory. Requirements and onboarding details live with our team — reach out via the channel above once live, including your license number and service counties. Verification against IEMA-OHS listings is part of onboarding, no exceptions.
Where we operate
Radon Connect is an online platform serving suburban Chicagoland (DuPage, Kane, Will, McHenry, Kendall, and suburban Cook counties). We don’t maintain public walk-in offices — radon questions deserve licensed professionals in your house, not ours. For agency matters, IEMA-OHS runs Illinois’ radon program; for health guidance, EPA’s radon pages are the authority. Both are linked throughout this site exactly where their facts appear.
