For licensed radon professionals

Contractor onboarding is handled directly rather than through the homeowner quote form, because the two processes have nothing in common and mixing them would degrade both.

Here is exactly what to send, what happens to it, and what you can expect afterward.

What to send

Five things, through the contact page. Everything else can be sorted out in conversation.

  • Your business name and the state or states you work in
  • Your radon mitigation credential number for each state — the state license where one exists, or your current NRPP or NRSB mitigation certification where it does not
  • The counties you genuinely serve within your normal scheduling window
  • Proof of insurance
  • A preferred contact method and the name of the person who should receive routed requests

What happens to it

Credentials are verified against the issuing authority before anything routes to you — the state agency where the state licenses radon work, or the certifying body where it does not. That check happens first, every time, without exception.

Coverage is then set from the counties you claimed and matched against the territory index. If a territory's roster is at its cap, that is said plainly rather than accepting an application and routing nothing.

The commercial terms, stated up front

No application fee. No monthly platform charge. No long-term contract. Compensation is per referral, disclosed to homeowners on every page of the site and directly above the consent box.

The platform takes no percentage of your contract, does not subcontract work, and is not a party to your agreement with the homeowner. Pricing, scope, scheduling, and warranty terms are entirely yours.

What you should ask us

Ask whether the territories you want have roster capacity. Ask what a routed request contains. Ask what happens if a request arrives from a ZIP you do not serve. Ask how to pause routing when you are booked out.

And ask about lead volume — the answer will be that no figure will be quoted, and it is worth hearing that directly rather than reading it here.

How long does verification take?

It depends on the state agency or certifying body and how quickly they confirm a credential. What will not happen is routing before verification completes — that sequence is fixed, because the homeowner-facing promise on every state page is that credentials are checked before anything is sent.

What if my preferred territory is full?

You will be told plainly rather than onboarded into a territory with no capacity. Rosters are capped deliberately, and accepting contractors into a full territory would break the cap that makes the model worth joining. Adjacent counties are frequently open.

Do I need to hold both measurement and mitigation credentials?

Mitigation is what is required, since that is what routed homeowners need. Holding measurement as well is common and entirely fine. Where a firm does both, offering an independent post-mitigation verification is worth considering — homeowners on this platform are specifically told to think about that incentive.

State requirements

Credentialing and disclosure rules differ by state, and each state page states the credential we verify before routing anything to you.

Business name, credential numbers, counties, insurance, and a contact. Send those through the contact page and the verification conversation starts from there.
