For licensed radon professionals

Tell us about your business

Radon Connect introduces homeowners to independent licensed radon mitigation businesses. This is the form for telling us who you are, what you hold, and where you actually work — the same five things the apply page asks for, in a shape a person can act on rather than a message somebody has to re-type.

If you have not read what this platform actually is yet, that is on the contractor page — including what exists today, what it costs, and why a public licence listing is not participation. It is worth five minutes before this form is worth fifteen.

What sending this does

It creates one dated record holding exactly what you typed, and it puts that record in front of a person. That is the whole of it, and it is worth being precise about, because a form that looks like an application tends to be read as one.

  • Sending this enrols you in nothing. It records what you told us, with the date. It does not add you to any roster, reserve any area, or start any billing.
  • No homeowner request follows from this. Requests reach a business only after their identity and credential have been checked with the issuing authority, their coverage confirmed, a delivery channel tested, terms accepted in writing, and an operator has switched routing on. A form cannot do any of those.
  • Being listed on our pages is not participation. We publish the state licence register because it is public. A business appearing there has not agreed to anything and is not described to any homeowner as working with us.
  • Nothing you send is published. What you send is read by a person. It does not appear on the site, and no homeowner sees it.

What has to be true before anything reaches you

Five separate conditions, and all five at once. None of them is satisfied by a form, which is why sending this cannot switch anything on however completely you fill it in.

  1. Your identity is confirmed. A trading name is not a legal entity, and the business receiving a household and the business we can hold to it have to be the same one.
  2. Your credential is confirmed with the body that issued it. A number you type is a claim about a register; the check is against the register itself.
  3. Your coverage is confirmed in your own words. An address is not a service area, and a county column on a public licence register is that authority’s record rather than a commitment by you to drive there.
  4. A delivery channel is confirmed as watched. A controlled request has to arrive and be seen. A channel nobody monitors loses requests quietly, and the household is told theirs was delivered.
  5. Terms are accepted in writing, and an operator switches routing on. That last step is a decision a named person makes and signs, not a state a process drifts into.

What we will not tell you

A lead volume figure. Nobody here will quote one to win a signature, and any number we offered today would be invented. We currently operate in 35 markets, and what a given county produces in a month is not something we can honestly forecast for you.

We will also not describe your business to any homeowner as working with us until it does. Our pages publish the state licence register because it is public information; appearing on it means an authority licensed you, and nothing more. It is not a claim that you participate here, that anybody checked you, or that you are available.

What we do with what you send

It is read by a person. It is not published, not shared with a homeowner, and not passed to anybody else. If there is a conversation worth having, somebody contacts you using the details you gave. If there is nothing to discuss in your area, we would rather say so than leave you waiting.

You can read the rest of the commercial picture on the contractor pages — how territories are capped, what a routed request contains, and what is checked before anything is sent.

Your details

Your business

An address at your own domain. We do not send a confirmation link, so this is recorded as an address you gave us rather than one anybody has checked.

Your radon credential

This is checked with the body that issued it before anything could ever be sent to you. Entering it here starts that check; it does not complete it.

What you do, and where
Which radon work do you do?

The ones you will drive to inside your normal scheduling window — not the ones you would consider for the right job.

How you would work with us

All optional. A stated blank is more useful to both of us than a number nobody measured.

A preference, not an agreement. Terms are settled in a conversation with a person, in writing, before anything is switched on.
