What do homeowners actually ask about residential radon, and how has this platform answered it?
How a row comes to exist
- Generated at build time by walking the guide and city content registries, so the corpus is exactly what the site publishes.
- Every pair is hand-written editorial content, reviewed against the published editorial standards.
- Duplicate-question pressure is separately gated: no question text may appear on more than six city pages, and the corpus carries the distinct-question count as a quality measure.
Inclusion and exclusion
- Pairs published on homeowner decision guides and city pages.
- Contractor-facing FAQ content is excluded — it answers a different audience.
What this dataset cannot tell you
- These are questions we chose to answer, informed by editorial judgement. They are not a survey of homeowner search behaviour and should not be read as frequency data.
- Answers are general guidance. Nothing here is specific to a particular house, contract, or jurisdiction.
